i’m really sick of my life. i’m not happy. i don’t even remember the last time i was actually happy. i hate everything. i can’t move, i can’t go to school, i can’t do anything. my life is going nowhere and i’m miserable.

a few weeks ago at work i was talking to one of my friends about music and we got on the subject of foster the people, because he had heard ‘pumped up kicks’ on the radio and he said he liked it a lot and that is was just a really good, up-beat, positive song. i then asked him if he was aware that it was about a kid shooting up his high school. he had no idea what i was talking about.
